Meet Aimee;
Aimee is a graduate of Penn State University, where she earned her B.A. in Communications and Media Studies. She has more than 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, including leading communications for Volvo Construction Equipment North America and leading communications and marketing for LeTort Trust. She brings skills in writing, graphic design, photography and video editing to her role with AW Designs.
Aimee lives in Chambersburg, Pa., with her husband, two kids and her golden retriever, Gryffin, who is often found supervising by her side.
Brandi Helman;

Meet Brandi;
Brandi is a 2015 graduate of Shippensburg University (Shippensburg, Pa.), where she earned her B.A. in Communications/Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. Since 2016, Brandi has worked for a healthcare system, with roles in community health and marketing and communications. She married her wonderful husband in 2022 and they welcomed a baby boy into the world in 2025.
She brings experience in social media management, communication plans, graphic design, writing and photography to her role with AW designs, and is excited to work with such a fun, supportive and creative team!

Meet Jenny;
Jenny is a 1999 graduate of Penn State University (State College, Pa.) where she earned her B.A. in Communications with an emphasis on Media Studies and continued her education at Moore College of Art & Design (Philadelphia, Pa.) in Desktop Publishing and Computer Graphics. Her career started in the D.C. area at advertising agencies, Earle Palmer Brown and Arnold Worldwide, as a studio artist for clients Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Choice Hotels, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Colonial Williamsburg, and Amtrak. After returning to Pennsylvania in 2009, she has focused on volunteering for various local non-profits providing branding and event coordination. Additionally, for the last 20 years she has freelanced providing custom invitations, announcements and literature for life events and small businesses. Some say she has a theme affliction and a flair for organizing. Jenny shares her empty nester life with her husband and two dogs.

Kim has over a decade of experience reading and editing grants, programs, brochures, websites, and even by-laws. Kim has an attention to detail that ensures high quality work for AW designs clients. She is a graduate of Augusta State University (Augusta, Ga.) and holds a Master's Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University Capital College (Harrisburg, Pa.).
Megan Myers;

Meet Megan;
Megan has over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a passion for social media, creative content, and helping businesses grow their online presence. Throughout her career, she has worked with companies to manage social media profiles, create graphics, and develop engaging marketing campaigns.
In 2022, Megan stepped away from the corporate world to become a full-time stay-at-home mom. She is now raising her son and daughter and loving this season of life.
Amy Weibley;

Meet Amy;
Amy brings more than 16 years of experience in communications, graphic design, event promotion, fundraising and development, website design, and social media management. She began her career in metro D.C. with nonprofit arts organizations and a business association before moving to Pennsylvania, where she continued supporting nonprofits and small businesses through community and economic development. After 12 years in the nonprofit sector, Amy expanded her capacity to serve organizations and small businesses by growing AW Designs, LLC, which she launched as a side project in 2018.
Amy earned a B.A. in Communications from Hope College (Holland, Mich.) with double-minor in English and Studio Art, and her M.S. in Organizational Development & Leadership with a focus in Communications from Shippensburg University (Shippensburg, Pa.). She has been honored as the 2022 Ally of the Year by Pride Franklin County and received the 10 Under 10 Alumni Award from Hope College. She currently serves on the board of directors for Cumberland Valley School of Music and the Franklin County Coalition for Progress, and is president of the Falling Spring Elementary PTO. Amy enjoys being part of the Chambersburg, Pa., community with her husband, two sons, and their two cats.

Meet Cat Cat;
One summer, a lonely feral kitten took refuge under a family's front porch. The youngest member of the family, who at the time was 1.5 years old, would joyously yell "cat cat!" and point out the window whenever the kitten was spotted. And so, the kitten was named Cat Cat. After months of sitting outside and getting bitten by mosquitos to familiarize the feral kitten with humans, the family finally coaxed the kitten indoors. It was then that Cat Cat officially became a member of the family.
Cat Cat joined the AW Designs team by default, begrudgingly sharing her nap space with the owner, Amy. As quality control and chief team mascot, Cat Cat can typically be found napping on the job, sitting in the window growling at delivery drivers and neighbors, or sitting directly on Amy's keyboard. She prides herself on her defiant independence and being completely self-taught with no formal training.
Rex;
Director of Strategic Napping
Meet Rex;
Rex joined the family with one important mission: to keep his older sister, Cat Cat, company. Whether Cat Cat actually wanted the company remains a matter of ongoing debate. When Rex isn’t napping, he can usually be found walking to his next napping location. A dedicated professional, Rex takes his rest seriously and believes every room deserves at least one nap-related inspection.
Rex contributes to AW Designs with his own unique blend of mischief, mobility, and mandatory nap breaks. Rex also keeps the team on their toes through his unofficial role as Chief Cup Inspector. Any unattended cup left on a table is considered fair game, particularly if it still contains liquid. With a swift and expertly timed paw, Rex ensures that no beverage is ever left in an upright position for too long.
